Panel Survey

When is this method appropriate?

The panel survey is appropriate for a variety of cases of application or questions.

You gain fast results that refer to various questions by pointed surveys of a subset from our own online-access-panel Bonopolis which represents your wanted target-group.

The following list provides a comprehensive insight into the possibilities of a survey by our online-access-panel:

  • Integrated homepage analysis
    Complex ratings of the formal and contentual design of the homepage inter alia by simulation of different accesses or intentions.
  • KANO analysis (requirement analysis with KANO)
    Analysis to determine and categorise user and customer requirements.
  • Concept-/design-test
    Ascertainment of the users’ preferences according to navigation concepts, information preparation, site impression as well as design and layout.

  • Task-based online survey
    Within a (standardised) online survey a comprehensive evaluation about the application or website is implemented. In addition, benchmarking with competitors is possible.

What is the procedure of this method?

You tell us some features of your target-group (for instance sociodemographic information like age, gender, profession or domicile as well as information considering interests and free time activities or considering the web-usage-behaviour and online-shopping-behaviour of your target-group) and formulate your questions.

Then we create an online questionnaire and invite people who agree with your target-group from our online-access-panel Bonopolis to attend the survey. More than 60.000 German-speaking web users are registered in our panel and agree to attend online surveys and tests.

The survey is realised by our own developed survey-tool. With help of this tool a multi-modal creation of a questionnaire (for instance integration of graphics, videos and audio files) is possible. There are no limits considering the application of different types of questions (for example rating scales).

Of course a multi-level filtering is possible as well as a (systematic or coincidental) variation of the arrangement of the questions. The creation of the online questionnaire takes place by taking your design and layout target into account.
