Test objects
eResult is specialised in market research services including the usage of interactive media. We have gained a wide expert-knowledge due to academic basic-research and long-term project work for famous clients.
We regularly test the following electronic user interfaces with thoroughly recruited test subjects – either at our usability laboratory or directly on the spot of the client:
- Websites (online-shops, portals, ...)
- Web applications (online-banking, ...)
- Software (Office, ...)
- Mobile services and equipments (mobile phones, PDA, ...)
- Consumer electronics (DVD player, iTV equipment, ...)
As a matter of course we bring the problems which should be examined into agreement with you in a detailed briefing-dialogue or in an individual workshop.
Basic studies / research
Besides projects due to orders, we run practical basic studies. We deal with the following problems and questions:
- Wording/naming for websites (focus: online-portals, travel portals, online-shops)
- The position of contents and services is appropriate to expectations (focus: online-portals, media, travel portals)
- Application fields of the methods in the usability research (eyetracking, focus groups, logfile-analysis/user-tracking, etc.)
- New technologies and forms of illustration (for example AJAX, Flash)
- In accordance with the requirement of elderly people website-design and (in accordance with the requirement of users) design of symbols/icons on websites
