Martin Beschnitt has an engineering certificate and who is a management member is also responsible for the fields conception and design. His main area of responsibility is the implementation of usability studies or -analyses in early development phases as well as the development and conception of user-friendly interfaces.

Anja Weitemeyer who is a member of the management is occupied in optimising e-commerce applications. In addition, she is specialised in the fields onsite surveys, benchmarking and panel-based target-group surveys.

Jan P. Schultze is responsible for the network administration, data base management (benchmarking), treatment design, technical study/test flows (online surveys, usability and advertising effect studies) and software development and programming.

Ms Elske Ludewig is occupied in the evaluation of online-surveys, usability tests and eye-tracking analyses. She creates and programmes questionnaires and evaluates them by use of statistic data analysis.

Mrs Katja Brand-Sassen is specialised in the fields onsite/online-surveys and employee-surveys (in scope of intranet projects). This involves both the development of questionnaires and the evaluation design as well as the final evaluation and interpretation of the results.
Senior User Experience Consultant
Bärbel Jüngel is responsible for the products of expert-based usability evaluations as well as for the online-customer-panel. She is also specialised in the implementation of usability tests in laboratory.
